Mark Carney and his team of crack Canadian strategists (General Carignan and General Beck) have concocted a plan to recruit 300k public servants into the supplementary reserve to act as a “Tiger Team”.
I’ll go on the record and say this is the most retarded idea I’ve ever heard.
