Not Something To Joke About
Most men will ignore that their sexual health is failing them and do nothing about fixing its root causes.

If you’re in your 50s, there’s a 50/50 chance you’re experiencing erectile dysfunction (ED). It’s the dirty little secret men are struggling with but I’m here to shed some light on this taboo subject and make you literally “harder” to kill with our guest, Dr. Elliot Justin.
Not Discussed
Men are getting better at sharing their health issues and there’s been a lot of campaigns, especially in the military world, to talk about our mental health. Loads of podcasts like this one encourage men to get blood tests, reduce their fat percentages and get stronger. However, very few influencers and even fewer doctors care about sexual health. I’ve had other conversations on my show that cover this topic that you can find here:
🎧 Think Smarter, Get Harder
What has two thumbs and isn’t shy to talk about your cock health?
This guy.
Seriously, when’s the last time your doctor (if you have one) has ever asked you how your sexual health is? Did you know that ED is directly related to coronary heart disease and a better predictor of a future heart attack than any other blood markers? That’s why Dr. Elliot is trying to normalize this conversation with your doctor and has created a novel tech device to provide real time data on your cock health.
FirmTech Tech Ring
I was skeptical at first but Dr. Justin has invented something pretty wild, it’s called the Tech Ring and…well…it’s a cock ring. Don’t close this window! Stay with me. I’ve used it and it’s actually kinda fun. Let me explain.
The Tech Ring loops around your hog at night and will record all your boner data at night and send it to your phone. Did you know you should have around 4 boners a night for a healthy dick?
Until now, there’s never been a device that could measure this unless you had your wife stay up all night staring at your hog. This data is easily conveyed to your doctor that can now make an informed, data driven decision on your ED.
So What?
I mentioned earlier that men in their 50s have a 50% chance of experiencing ED and that value goes up 10% per decade, but it doesn’t have to be the case. Especially in the veteran community, ED rates are likely way higher, even amongst younger veterans, and Dr. Justin explains that the military and VA in the U.S. hand out Viagra and Cialis like candy. The VA is one of the largest purchasers of dick pills on the planet to put things in context. The also give out old school cock rings that are hard molded plastic and apparently are uncomfortable AF.
Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitors (SSRIs), mTBIs and toxic exposure are notorious “cock killers”. SSRI’s are especially bad since over 60% of veterans in the VAs care are on them and likely were never explained the serious side of effect of leaving your dick NS.
The ability to connect with your partner, sexually, is a need like eating and drinking water. Our bodies are finely tuned, hormonal machines that need the flow of hormones like oxytocin to calm us down and feel bonded. This builds strong families and ultimately stronger communities. Like Dr. Justin said,
"There's international data showing that couples that have regular sex, two or three times a week versus couples that have sex only a couple of times a month, their divorce rates, separation rates are half."
Put A Ring On It
Getting data about your day to day health is easier than ever. We can track steps, HRV, sleep and loads more, so why not track your erections too. This, like stated earlier, could save your life from a future heart attack. Once you have that data, you’re not firing shots in the dark. You can take action.
If you are suffering from ED, there are a few action steps that can help.
Quit drinking booze
Lose body fat
Exercise more
These are extremely general but work. Ultimately, a narrowing of the arterioles in your penis is what’s preventing your from getting rock hard. Plaque is building up in there and the best way to prevent and repair that is to get significantly healthier. Obviously, to find out more about how, keep following the podcast and join my Veterans Getting Fit AF coaching community for more support.
