Great question. It wasn't too long ago I was struggling to get out of bed, get to work and take care of a young family. Everything was hard; way too hard. Post-releasing from the Army was supposed to be a breeze. I wasn’t affected by my service, I thought. I wasn’t blown up, nor did I have my friends die in my arms so everything should be fine.

That’s what I told myself for years until it all came crashing down. Now the issue was trying to find the “solutions” to my service-related problems. The only issue with that was, there were no veteran-based, health solutions on the internet. Just 22 year-old influencers telling me to eat less and do more CrossFit.

So if you’re looking for a way to harden yourself up and heal from the years of abuse on the body and mind from your service, you’re exactly where you need to be. I cover pop-culture events, new research and share long form interviews with the world’s leading experts on health and fitness. I’ll also get political and call out the bad behaviour and absurdity of our politicians.
